Adult, Individual Treatment
I offer an extensive range of services for adult (18+) individuals. Some areas that I specialize in include trauma recovery, sexual abuse survivor support, depression, anxiety, life adjustments, grief, and transitions. My interventions are individualized and tailored to your needs.
Why Online
Online counseling is convenient for your lifestyle needs. It is completely confidential using our HIPAA-compliant telehealth service. This service is easily accessed by anyone who has a computer and a reliable internet connection. Due to the nature of online counseling, your sessions grant you anonymity that was not available before.
Free Phone Consultation
Not surprisingly, having a good fit in the client-therapist relationship plays a critical role in the success of addressing your issues. My intention is to help you feel unconditional acceptance and compassion in our relationship. My style is friendly and light-hearted; I also use humor quite a bit. I look forward to discussing with you the issues that bring you to seek help.
Intake
During our first 90-minute session together, I will ask you about current concerns, as well as, past medical and psychiatric history. An assessment allows us to efficiently and effectively evaluate current symptoms so that we may identify a treatment plan to best meet your needs.
Psychotherapy
I am well known for providing this service and have quite a number of clients who wouldn’t trust anyone else to do this for them. No matter what I do for you, I’m committed to delivering satisfactory results in a timely and professional manner.
Billing
Fees are paid day of service using a credit or debit card. HSA Cards are accepted. All billing is handled through my patient portal. No health insurance is accepted.
First 90 minute Individual Session: $150
Individual 50 minute Sessions Flat-Rate: $150
